United States / Domestic Shipping
We are based in Marietta, Georgia and All U.S. orders greater than or equal to $75, prior to taxes, will receive free shipping. All U.S. orders less than $75 will be charged a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $5.95.
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing time on all orders. Shipping is provided by USPS and will ship to your address via Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping) or First Class Mail (2-5 day shipping) depending on the size of your order.
Ivy Staple is not responsible for lost, stolen, or returned packages. Once a package is marked shipped within our tracking system, USPS must be contacted regarding lost or stolen packages. Shipping is not currently available to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
The shipping rate for international orders is $25.95. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing time on all orders. Shipping is provided by USPS and will ship to your address within 3-21 additional business days.
Ivy Staple is not responsible for any additional fees that may be imparted by certain countries once the package has been received. Please contact your local post office regarding any fees associated with receiving a package prior to ordering.
Items may be returned within 2 weeks of original delivery date for store credit. Items returned after 2 weeks of delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All items must be in original condition with Ivy Staple hangtags attached, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Unless the return is a result of our error, return shipping will not be reimbursed. Please allow up to 3 business days to process store credit refunds.
Ivy Staple reserves the rights to determine the eligibility of returns. Items not eligible for return include: earrings; hats; damaged, washed, worn, or altered items; items with deodorant, make-up, smoke, or perfume stains.
1. Login to your Ivy Staple account, and go to My Account
2. Click Completed to view a list of completed orders
3. Find the order you wish to return, and click Return Item(s)
4. Complete the return request, and click Submit Return Request
5. Package and ship your return with the invoice enclosed.
Due to order volume, we do not process exchanges. Our recommendation is to return the item, then place a new order.
